Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bravo Out. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to inclement weather, peak season shipping delays, and other conditions experienced by the courier and/or parcel service selected. Bravo Out is not responsible for these delays.*
3. International Shipping Policy
We do not ship to International Locations.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bravo Out is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please check your junk folder or SPAM folder if you have not received shipping confirmation.
6. Damages
Bravo Out is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@bravoout.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
8. Returns Policy
Our return provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. Custom orders are not eligible for refund.
