This coin was made for FBI HQ - Criminal Investigative Division, Operational Support Section. There are two variants - a perfect circle & a irregular circle. FBI couldn't make up their mind on which one they wanted, so they ordered both! Combines elements of old and new. They liked both and ordered both versions for their team.
